I really don't know what's going on with this world.. This is just one part out of the many unhappiness around me

//I received a phone call today from a housing agent from First Tree Properties Pte Ltd.
Here it goes...

Kelly: (sweetest tone ever) Hello is this Elisca?
Me: (God damn it..told her 5 times how to pronounce it..argh nvm maybe her teeth lao[4] hong[1]) Yes..speaking
Kelly: I have this unit at Northoaks on hand. You interested? It is quiet..peaceful........but it is not the on top floor.
Me: (politely) Sorry..no. I've mentioned before i only want the top floor unit.
Kelly: (getting abit high pitch) ohh~ but hor, it is really very quiet and a good place to live in, i guarantee.
Me: (slightly unhappy) ya..? But my dad only want the top floor.
Kelly: (irritated)Is it? Then you also not living on the top floor now what..?
Me:(very unhappy..she doesn't seem to get my point) ya~! that's why i am finding now what..~ duh..
(i felt like slamming the phone but i know is rude..so i hold on to see what she has got to say.)
Kelly: (stone a while..then back to her sweet tone) but..condo is different from HDB. The walls are thicker, better material...
Me: (Duhz...)
Kelly: And.. the people over here are more refine~
Me: (WTH~! so you saying people living in HDB are not refine la?!) (Super agitated) Huh?! there is no such thing what..! My dad also cannot tahan kids running about on top.. if there are any.
Kelly: No no no...這裡的小孩不同.. 他們比較refine~
Me: (!#$%#&^*) No i already said i want only the top floor.
Kelly: (sarcastic) If you insist, there is nothing i can do ~ .....{5 secs later} (sweet tone) If i see any other unit then inform you again..bye~!

Don't go to such means just trying to make sales or hit your target what.. I've already stated clearly what i am looking for and your job is to help me look for what i want and not trying to coax me into getting something else!
